With the resources of our teaching and research partner, the University of Massachusetts Medical School, physicians work together with scientists to bring the latest treatments to you during your fight against cancer. 

Teams of doctors, researchers and staff meet regularly to discuss your case. No other hospital in Central Massachusetts offers this multidisciplinary approach, which allows for individualized cancer care.

Our patient- and family-centered care is provided at our UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, MA, and community hospitals. At our Cancer Center in Worcester, our team delivers state-of-the-art cancer screening and prevention, diagnosis and treatment to you while providing the most advanced cancer research, clinical trials and support, close to home.

Cancer Research and Clinical Trials

Working with the University of Massachusetts Medical School, the Cancer Center serves as a forum for education and research. Extensive cancer research and clinical trials are conducted so you benefit from the latest diagnostic and treatment options that come from this research.

Ambulatory Care Center

To match the world-class care provided for you, many outpatient cancer care services are located in our Ambulatory Care Center, which offers:
